Our
family of miniature permanent magnet DC cube torque motors
contains motors available in 3/4" and 1" frame
sizes. These motors are designed to accommodate a wide range
of applications including direct drive servo systems, recorder
drives, holding torque and high torque-low speed control
systems. It is a rapid response motor at all operating speeds
because of its high torque-to-inertia ratio and low self-inductance.
Torque increases directly with input current for linearity.
As a direct servo drive, it offers high resolution. Its
cubical shape allows for weight and space savings and ease
in mounting.
